This website is dedicated to selling original handmade prints. Use of the website is subject to the terms detailed below. Please read them carefully.

1. Copyright All designs, images, and prints on the website belong to TOVIART. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, display, or sell them without prior written permission.

2. Personal Use Only The prints are intended for personal use only. It is prohibited to use them for commercial or public purposes without prior written agreement.

3. Orders and Cancellations Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 15% refund fee of the transaction amount.

4. Return Policy Prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or do not match the order. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Important Notice - Color and Tones It is hereby clarified that slight variations in color and tones may occur between the images displayed on computer/smartphone screens and the physical print received.

These variations result from technical factors such as:

• Differences in color calibration of various screens

• Differences in printing processes

• Different types of paper and printing methods

• Different lighting conditions during viewing
   

The expected variations are minor and do not affect the quality or aesthetic value of the print.

1. Privacy and Security We collect only the information required for order processing. Information is stored securely and is not transferred to third parties without your permission.

2. Liability The website is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from its use. In accordance with the clarification in section 5, minor color variations do not constitute a defect or mismatch warranting a return.

3. Changes to Terms TOVIART reserves the right to update the terms of use from time to time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
